Important conditions for website enquiries, product stock, quotations, orders and generator rental.

Quotations and Prices

Displayed price labels are informational. Final price, taxes, transport, installation, cable, ATS and other charges are confirmed in a written quotation or direct sales confirmation.

Stock and Specifications

Stock, model, engine hours, condition and technical specifications may change. Customers should verify the final product, inspection report and included accessories before payment.

Rental Conditions

Rental duration, fuel responsibility, operator, transport, cable, maintenance schedule, security deposit and site conditions are agreed separately for each project.

Orders and Payments

Submitting a website order creates a request only. An order becomes final after stock verification, mutually agreed payment terms and confirmation from Usman Power Solution.

Site Safety

Installation, cabling, earthing and generator operation must follow applicable safety requirements. Customers should not operate or modify equipment without qualified personnel.
