Product Warranty

New products follow the applicable manufacturer or brand warranty. Warranty period and conditions must be confirmed for the exact model at the time of purchase.

Used Generator Inspection

Used generators are supplied according to the agreed inspection condition and test report. Engine hours, service work, included parts and any limited checking period should be written on the invoice or quotation.

Warranty Exclusions

Damage caused by overload, incorrect installation, poor fuel, unauthorised repair, inadequate maintenance, accident, water, dust or misuse may not be covered.

Claim Process

Report a suspected fault promptly with invoice details, model, serial number, running hours, photos and a description of the issue. Do not dismantle equipment before receiving guidance.

Rental Equipment

Rental breakdown response and replacement arrangements depend on the signed rental terms, site access and availability. Customer-caused damage may be chargeable.
